Since 2002, Vesque Partners has been handling the needs of small and medium size businesses with their IT needs. Regionally, we help larger organizations who need local support in the United States find the resources they need. Locally, we are able to bring the right resources to bear for your situation. We are more than just an IT vendor.
Whether you are an enterprise organization in need of local help for your regional office, or a small business trying to understand the new technologies available to you to help your business grow, we can help.
Vesque Partners prides itself on being able to effectively work with the client and help them, determine, procure, and implement the right IT solutions to support their organization’s strategic goals. Sometimes the requests we get are as simple as a request of setting up mobile devices with the proper security measures for the organization. Other times, we are tasked with creating the entire network infrastructure for an organization. We have decades of experience, and would like to put it to use in your organization.
Why not give us a call and see what’s possible for YOUR organization?
Vesque Partners offers complete solutions to meet your company security needs. If you are feeling lost with the security information being provided to you and want some help understanding what it means to have a network security plan that is clearly defined, preferably within a Corporate Security Policy Document, maybe we can help. We could help create a security policy document is a comprehensive, definitive document covering all areas of IT security preparation, prevention, and response accountability. It generally starts with a network audit and some conversations with various levels of staff so that we get a sense of where the organization is at today. That audit helps create the roadmap needed to bring security awareness to your organization. The broad topic of network security becomes easier to understand when you can first make sense of what you have, and what you need. We help you make sense of that. Anyone can provide you a firewall and a network picture. At Vesque Partners, we actually explain what it means to you, and show you any problems that can expose your organization to unnecessary down time.
Vesque Partners can help you select the best network options based on business requirements, and budget. Our technical expertise is based on decades of network experience. We keep up with the current trending devices to see if they are helpful, or detrimental to the security of the network. Even the simplest networks complexity when you start to actually implement new devices into the organization. Whether it’s the latest PoE phones or WAPs to advanced infrastructures incorporating wireless technologies, LAN technologies, and storage and content networks.
The challenges we push on our IT equipment sometimes cause physical harm to the equipment. In other words, “Things break.” If your workstation’s hard drive failed, you may need that data. But you also need to have a replacement machine setup quickly to prevent a production stoppage for whatever that device was used for.
Its true, Vesque Partners can offer your organization a data recovery solution for when your hard disk drive or RAID drive array crashes. In fact, we can do better than that! Vesque Partners can offer solutions that create redundancy and resiliency so that one hard drive, or one server is not in such a position of power to cripple the production of your organization and its staff’s creativity. The expression “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” has never been truer, when the topic is Data Loss Prevention. Let Vesque Partners come and meet with you to discuss a network audit to discover the potential existing risks so that we can then formulate a plan to mitigate those risks. For us, it’s not about the hard drive recovery. It’s about the business continuity. Yes, we offer professional and cost-effective data recovery solutions. But we prefer to make sure that the organization will be resilient and continue to function while such a data recovery procedure is occurring. Let Vesque Partners help you make sure you can recover from such a situation with as little risk as possible.
If your system has a virus and you can't get rid of it, Vesque Partners can help eradicate it from your system, or remediate the system so that you can use it again. In today’s environment of digital risk, it’s better to consider all options, not just hope that one vendor has the “cure of the day.” Vesque Partners can help you breathe a little easier knowing that there are redundancy plans in place to not let a virus cripple your office’s computer network.
Wireless Networks have been a huge benefit to many businesses.
In the office, we help organizations leverage the power of mobility by implementing wireless solutions that let the staff work from all corners of the office using wireless technology.
In the home, a wireless network allows for staff to work from the comfort of their home office, or their kitchen table, wirelessly connect to the internet, and securely connect to their office so that they can avoid a commute through a snow storm, take a half day, without commuting into the office, simply send off a quick email that they may have forgotten to send before they left for the day. There are myriad reasons for businesses and homes worldwide to embrace wireless technology. There are also myriad methods to implement the technology. Vesque Partners can help your organization by designing, installing and supporting your wireless network. Vesque Partners works with various manufacturers to bring wireless technology to your business and home office clients.
We have over 20 years of professional experience in maintaining and repairing computer equipment. Whether you have a home-based office laptop, or an organization of thousands, there is always going to be a need for competent, professional help. Some of our clients prefer to only call us on an “as needed” basis, while other clients prefer to have small monthly agreements as to maintaining existing equipment. Whether it’s a computer, a printer, a network switch, a firewall, monitor, mobile device, we can help.
If you are currently thinking about moving to a new space, who presents your IT interests in the leasing process? Who is looking into the deal from the stand point of how your IT room gets built? There are different needs for different businesses.
Who can supply you with internet services? What about phone services? Sure you need Air Conditioning, but how much is too much? Sure, you need power, but where should you be putting the UPS services? Do you need audio visual solutions for your conference rooms, or are you hoping that you can hang a 65” TV on the wall and be done with it? Is the place you are moving into a “union building” or “non-union building?”
Why should you care?
We care. We care because it’s important to start long term relationships right. Your landlord wants a tenant who pays the rent on time, and will be able to work within the rules of the building. When Vesque Partners represents their clients in these negotiations, we don’t look at it from the perspective of “IT equipment that has to fit.” We first look at it from the standpoint of, will this space, and the resources it has support the organization’s goals for its annual budget over the next 10 years (or for whatever term the lease is?) Can we keep the organization’s IT assets in good working order in the space under consideration? What pitfalls exist that will cost the organization more money during the life of the lease? What challenges must be overcome to make sure we have a solution for this space that keeps the cost of the management of the equipment down, while increasing the production output of said equipment?
Then, after the lease, we ask, “who’s on the team?” Does the client need access to other trusted partners for their specialty?
As a representative with agency from the Client, we’ll work with the Architect, Construction Manager, the Building Manager, the Building’s Maintenance Team, and all other relevant stake holders to represent the interests of the organization as it relates to the IT network infrastructure, with far more insight than answering the question “where should we put that printer?” While the process plays out, things will change, but how and why they change is a function of how well we expose risks and challenges, and mitigates those risks to keep the cost of construction low, and allow the team to consider the process a success.
